Extreme Elements

From the Dawn of the Age of Man, every human civilization from the most primitive to the most advanced, has in one form or another believed that Life is made up of four essential elements: Fire, Earth, Water and Air. We in the 21st Century, with our modern science and global reach, have moved beyond this worldview; we have come to believe that things are infinitely more complicated. But as we are now learning, the ancients had a more intuitive grasp of life on Earth than we give them credit for. And by abusing these essential elements, as we have now for decades if not centuries, we are on the verge of something they could never have imagined: putting at risk the health of the planet and the continuation of the human race.

This limited series will explore the future of the planet in terms of modern interpretations of the four essential elements.
